Planspiel Controlling & CSR

Seminar participants manage a company within the framework of a computer-supported simulation and deal with the challenges of business management and business ethics. • Environment and company analysis
  • Analysis of different stakeholder demands
  • Development of a CSR strategy
  • Action planning: budgeting and establishment of a CSR management
  • Procurement and production planning
