After completing my studies in Business Administration at the University of Göttingen and the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, I worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Ethics and Management Accounting from May 2022 to April 2026.

In my dissertation, “Delegation and Its Behavioral Consequences: Experimental Evidence from Organizational Contexts,” I investigated how delegation affects behavior in organizational contexts. The dissertation particularly centers on experimental studies examining the effects of wage delegation on performance and unethical behavior, as well as the question of how delegation influences responsibility attributions and sanctioning decisions.
