I am a PhD candidate in the doctoral program of the Wittenberg-Center of Global Ethics (WCGE) “Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business” supervised by Prof. Philipp Schreck. My research focuses on algorithmic leadership and its trust and fairness perceptions that I analyze empirically using quantitative methods. I have an academic background in business administration and philosophy.
