I became a PhD candidate within the doctoral program "Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business" at the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics under the supervision of Prof. Schreck in October 2018. Before joining the PhD program, I worked in the school and university sectors in Peru, most importantly in private initiatives targeting low-income families. I studied business administration and educational sciences, with an emphasis on educational management and curriculum studies. In my research I focus on private companies providing services with high social relevance, such as education or healthcare.
I wrote my dissertation on the topic: Markets in the social sector: Three analyses of the legitimacy of using market tools to provide social services.
