Prior to joining the bema chair as a doctoral candidate, I completed bachelors (hons) in Engineering and masters (research) in Management sciences with majors in big data analytics, both with summa cum lauda. I am currently a doctoral research fellow at Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics (WCGE) where I am pursuing my doctoral studies within the program “Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business” under the supervision of Prof. Philipp Schreck.
I regard myself as an empirical data-driven researcher and my research interests lie in the area of Corporate Sustainability, ESG disclosures, Innovation and Strategy (R&D), and Digitization (of job market).
