I am doing my doctorate as part of the doctoral program "Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business" at the Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics (WCGE) under the supervision of Prof. Philipp Schreck.
My research interests include the combination of corporate responsibility, organisational development and behavioural research with applied epistemology. Specifically, I am studying how companies deal with their own knowledge and information and which conditions promote or undermine virtuous behaviour in this regard.
I have gained previous academic experience in the disciplines of philosophy, economics and management. My practical experience includes working on the topics of change management and organisational development - for example in management consulting from 2018 to 2020.
